Q: How do we communicate and receive updates?
A: All communications (weather updates, reminders, schedule changes) will be sent via email.
Q: What if we miss a session?
A: Make-up sessions can be completed within the same month. Unfortunately, no refunds are
available for missed sessions.
Q: Do parents need to stay on-site during sessions?
A: Parents do not need to be present. A school representative will be present at every session.
Q: What should my child bring?
A: Comfortable athletic wear, closed-toe shoes or sneakers, and a water bottle. All other equipment
is provided.
Q: Are coaches background checked?
A: Yes. All Huddle Sports coaches are trained, background-checked, and passionate about early
childhood development and sportsmanship.
Q: How do I register?
A: Complete the Huddle Sports Sign-Up Form and submit it with payment to reserve your child’s
spot. Spaces are limited!
